Its been quite a long time since themes.wordpress.net has stopped accepting new themes into the directory. And since it wasn’t that popular they have introduced a new place for the themes and that would be included under ‘extend‘ in WordPress.org which is similar to that of the Plugin directory.

Well, that was pretty quick enough. The WordPress 2.6 Release Candidate 1 is now available for download. I couldn’t make the update on Beta 2 and 3. This was updated on July 12th by Ryan.
